2/21/11 End of Build Season Update

And so the final build season meeting of 2011 is over, that is for the robot. If you missed its sending off and what to know what else happened here's what you missed out on:

• The majority of the day was spent getting students used to driving
• Most of the practice consisted of grabbing inner tubes from the feeder and then scoring them on the rack as fast as possible
• Nick and Nathan Williams are driving the robot this year
• The mini-bot deployment system is capable of shooting out now
• Attached sonic sensors to the robot to aid in aligning to the pole for the mini-bot
• The robot has been packed and we are done with this build season!

So there you go, another build season over; however, remember that we can still work on the mini-bot so we will have smaller meetings for that. Also there is still the FOX 2 interview we still have to do, so even though build season is over RAVEN Robotics will still be active as ever!
